The Team
We are Situ’s Kitchen, a vegan frozen food company created by a mom (me - Sharon) and my twin daughters (Nicole and Aidan). The name Situ? That’s my grandma (which is Situ in Lebanse), so you can see we are all about family! We feel very strongly about helping the planet through healthy plant-based eating and the mission of our company is to help people make the switch to a vegan lifestyle easier, enjoyable, and convenient!
Nicole is a university graduate with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and leads operational management, and will also be taking on account management as we start to grow. Aidan is a university graduate in Graphic Design and does the artwork work for packaging, and marketing materials and creation of the brand image. In addition both Nicole and Aidan worked in restaurant kitchens throughout attending university and have built up excellent cooking and kitchen skills. They both contribute to product development. They are also promoting plant-based eating through their collaboration called @Foodseys on Instagram.
And me? My experience is 28 years in the corporate life, at the management level in various Customer Care, Sales Support, and Billing/Finance roles. In addition, my life-long love of baking had me recently attending George Brown culinary arts school part time where I perfected skills used in the production of our products.
